
	Monica "Monica is an amazing girl. I never really believed people when they said that when you are not looking for "her" is when you find that right person. I'm continually amazed by my fiancée. Let me start off with the basics: She was born a few months after I was on July 21st in Detroit, Michigan. 5 years to the day her younger sister was born. After growing up in Detroit she attended university at University of Michigan, about an hour from her home. After graduation she started working in Chicago. After landing a good job with Boeing, it wasn't long before she began to want to better herself and started working on her MBA. After completing her Master's she moved to Seattle, still with Boeing, where she was when we met. She has had a few passionate interests in life, among them are Basketball (she has yet to take me to a game - though I think one is coming up soon), Dance (maybe she'll dance for me at our wedding?), Travel (we finding it hard to schedule my work for the summer with all the travelling we want to do), Music (we are planning on attending the Leeds Festival) and Jainism. Actually, it's pretty funny how we both are into Jainism, both were very active in YJA and the other Jain organizations within the states, yet only met last year in Seattle. We must have been to most of the last 7 JAINA conventions and never met at a convention. I find her very funny and charming, though she likes to maintain what I feel is a bit of a hardass image. She's a great communicator, which will definitely be an asset in our relationship as I can be a bit stubborn at times, and physically active, which should allow her to keep up with my lifestyle pace. And she is full of surprises, I never really know what to expect. Case in point was my birthday gift, something she made for me that she put tons of time and energy into, and is one of the best gifts I've ever received (don't let her know - I'm expecting something better next year ;) )" Raju
